!!Fair? Usage policy?

Aku tgh mencari service broadband yg dpt memenuhi kehendak dan memuaskan nafsu penggunaan internet aku, currently aku guna Celcom broadband service. Coverage, puas, speed, puas, usage policy, x puas. Apa ni usage policy? Capacity yg dibenarkan untuk kita guna dalam sebulan. Aik, kata unlimited broadband? Unlimited apa kalo ada usage policy.
tiga2 major player dlm Mobile Broadband industry kita dah apply usage policy, nicee…, yg paling best, mulanya Digi nk truncate dia punya usage policy untuk servis yg rm128, aku dah mula consider yg ni, tambah 30, bang, UNLIMITED. Tp harapan aku hancur, Digi pn dah apply usage policy, cuma capacity dah ditambah, sedih beb, tgk lah sendiri, 20 gig capped, untuk 198? Oh nono, not for me, huhu
Maxis pn aku ada consider, tp 3 gig capped, apa kes? Lg kemut dari Celcom, 3 gig ni apply untuk suma servis ke?

Actually, bg aku, Fair policy ni untuk benefit service provider je, aku bg contoh simple
Maximum bandwidth, 10 meg, 1 user 2 meg, so skang bapa user bleh masuk untuk 10 meg? Ya, 5 user dgn seorg 2 meg, User A,B,C,D,E . So user A dan B, byk pakai tenet, download and game, cukup capacity, diorg capped dia, tggl 1meg, contoh. So balance dlm bandwidth td ada berapa? Ya, 2 meg lagi, sorg ditolak 1 meg, cukup untuk lg seorg user, kan? Masuk lah lg User F, so skang untuk 10 meg bandwidth capacity yg sepatutnya untuk 5 user (seorg 2 meg) skang jadi 6 user untuk 10 meg bandwidth. Heheh. Kalo semua user A, B, C, D, E kena capped (1 meg seorg, jmlh 5 meg) diorg buleh make double the money with the same effort. Fair? NOT.
Also notice yg diorg buat ni based on cycle, maknanya, bandwitdth allocation tuh would never be that congested with that many user. Lagi contoh, sambungan dari contoh awal td, bulan pertama, A, B, C, D,E kena capped, free 5 meg kan? (sorg minus 1 meg), F, G, H, I, J dpt the rest of free capacity, bulan seterusnya, F,G,H,I,J plak kena capped, A,B,C,D,E plak dpt the rest of free bandwidth, convenient eh? Mmg keadaan x convenient mcm contoh yg aku bg, tp ini contoh, it does happens.
Ada apa2 lg yg ISP yg buleh aku consider? mobile only please. kalo bukan karena aku perlu mobile aku dah lama apply Streamyx, hah.
